Workers are extremely rude. Was waiting for my order and girl behind the counter had bought out an order and had mumbled the order so i didn’t hear her and asked what she had said and she rolled her eyes and said the order again with an attitude like i was asking her to solve world hunger. Get better staff.

Great smoothies with Splenda options rather than the traditional sugar syrup option added to most smoothies.

15 minutes waiting just for 2 smoothies, 2 guys came in behind me they ordered the same and walked out in front of me drinking their smoothies while I was still waiting, I told the girl I wanted to cancel the order because someone was waiting for me outside and she said we're going to make your order now... I got so upset that I just said leave it, thank you and left without the order I've paid for.

Service is slow. No sense of urgency. No prioritizing. Three people working, but only one servicing customers with customers waiting. And no personality. If it weren't for it being close and happy hour, I wouldn't bother.

Every morning I get the same smoothie on my way to work. They know me by name and already have my smoothie ready when I get there. During the week before 10 or 11 the smoothies are half price.

I went here and my food had hair in it, and it tasted off putting, like expired. My son's food took forever to come out. The boss was screaming at her workers, it was a terrible experience. She has no shame in embarrassing the kids who work for her. It's disgusting, I recommend going to the Selden location. Much better respect over there.

I am usually pleased with tropical smoothie however I came to this location and was unsatisfied. I ordered the Jamaican jerk chicken wrap and it was about 75% lettuce. I was shocked to see this as it is usually loaded with different things. For over 8$ to give someone mostly all lettuce is pretty insulting. I was the only costumer in the store, there was no reason to rush making this.
